High Purity Alumina QXRD
IMS-135 is a high-purity alpha-alumina powder certified reference material (CRM), manufactured in accordance with ISO 33405:2024. This CRM was certified for crystalline content using a transfer method from NIST SRM676a, and can be used for external calibration or internal spike for Quantitative X-ray diffraction (QXRD) analysis by Rietveld refinement.
