IMS-507 is a basalt-hosted gold certified reference material (CRM), developed for rigorous quality control of fire assay gold analysis in mining and exploration laboratories. Certified under ISO 17034:2016 and ISO 33405:2024, this CRM consists of finely pulverised basalt blended with minor pyrite and spiked with gold, ensuring excellent homogeneity and stability for Au determination in mid-range concentration samples.
