This is a new concept in quality control for exploration and mining.
IMS’s engineered Crushed Gold CRMs allow exploration and mining companies to submit a blind quality control CRM to the laboratory and collect additional QAQC data during preparation stages in addition to the assays. The inclusion of a Crushed Gold CRM monitors all laboratory process uncertainties, as part of a wider quality assurance (QA) program to understand and manage Mineral Resource risk to mining projects.
Crushed Gold CRMs are packaged in 500g bags ready to submit blind to the laboratory for Chrysos PhotonAssayTM. Blind CRMs are a critical part of an exploration and mining company’s QAQC program. Crushed Gold CRMs are manufactured to be a cost effective QAQC solution for high weight assay techniques, and where a crushed sample is being assayed such as Chrysos PhotonAssayTM.
